For the first time ever, Frédéric Ménager, arguably the greatest Chef in Burgundy and a true rockstar, is coming to the United States.
This six-course dinner will feature collaborated courses and his own creations, served with some of the best Burgundian-driven wine on the West Coast. The winemakers of Domaine de la Côte, Mount Eden, Littorai, and Lingua Franca will be pouring old vintages along with their full current lineup. Along with these industry legends, we will highlight large format Château du Moulin-à-Vent and Ruinart Champagne to complete this one-night-only event. In traditional Burgundy wine festival fashion, guests and winemakers will also be bringing bottles from their own cellars to share, for a true bacchanal.
The evening will begin at 5pm with a walk-around guided tasting and reception with each winemaker, followed by a meal of Saison caviar, Frederic's famous pâté en croûte and rillettes, uni toast, a course of both Angler and La Ferme de la Ruchotte's signature chicken, Bourgogne cheeses, dessert, and more.
