Cole Thomas will join Chef Zach Meiling at The Apis for a special wine dinner on Wednesday, March 20th.
Hear directly from Cole about the importance of regenerative farming and site-driven winemaking, and share some incredible bottles of Chardonnay, Gamay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir––with one or two surprises thrown in too!
These wines will be accompanied by an expertly crafted multi-course dinner, courtesy of Chef Zach Meiling and The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all wine selections––along with a few rarities from our cellar––will be made available for retail sale at special event-only pricing.
